Password Resets
There seems to be some confusion about the password resets and what actually happened. In accordance with database upgrades, we had to reset your password. However, for many of you, we were able to take your old password, add the new security, and save it in the new format (both were secure, we just wanted to add some extra security). Therefore, if you haven't already recovered your password, you may find that it is exactly the same as it was a few days ago. Therefore, we encourage you to try to login with your normal username and password first. If it doesn't appear to work, use the "Recover Password" box on the right.
Email Delay
Some users experience up to an hour (although for most it's only a few minutes) for the recovery email. Recovering your password more than once does not make it go any faster and it's likely to cause confusion once you actually begin to receive the emails. Therefore, please only submit a password recovery once.
